Sanctuary is our Vision for the next Generation
Because this is our hometown, The Grupe Company is committed to creating a master-planned community
that our family – and hopefully yours – can be proud of.
We are just beginning the processing of Sanctuary and hope to have
the plan approved in mid 2008. Though it's early in the process,
we want to keep you informed as the plans evolve. We hope you
will take some time to carefully tell us what you think of our
