We’re planning an unprecedented range of amenities at Sanctuary—over and above those typically found in a master plan. Concepts under discussion include:

- More active-living amenities such as parks and walking and bicycling trail
- Features that will curb sprawl, reduce pollution and promote “green” building and living
We have begun processing Sanctuary and hope to have the plan approved in early 2008. Though it's early in the process, we want to keep you informed as the plans evolve.
